CAD Documentation

Located on level 2, in a contemporary, state of the art building that boasts a range of modern facilities. The building is positioned directly across the road from popular 'The Grounds' cafe/restaurant.

Before commencing this office fit out, the space was very bare in detail. This open plan room had polished concrete floors, and a rear wall acoustic panel which was lit up with fluorescent lamps. The office has no external windows, only a glass wall that looks upon the main corridor of the building.

The office is 80 square meters in size. There were few constraints in this fit out. Life access, air- conditioning ducts and noise limitations were the only hurdles that were encountered. These were all dealt with accordingly.

The client wanted the space to have a punchy, bold and creative feel. We incorporated geometric garden (synthetic moss) walls, a separate board room- where the board room table turns into a pool table and a range of unique lighting solutions. Luxurious sheers grace the glass wall, letting light in while also providing privacy when required.

The final concept incorporates monochromatic tones, floor to ceiling sheers, a separate boardroom, a unique verticle garden feature walls and comfortably fits 10 desks.
